I placed my order on march 26th, received an email 2 days later that it had been “fulfilled” which would normally be interpreted as “shipped”. It took me 2 weeks and multiple emails to support to get a response for a tracking number. That tracking number has shown as “receive forecast（Already on the way 9 Day(s)” which based on the other available statuses means that you’ve not even shipped it yet but have created the label. What is the hold up here?!

I have had my tracking number just as long and the same info shows… tracking 9 days but still waiting to be collected by the carrier… The last order took over 30 days to be collected by the carrier. I think to save money they attach each item to a snail and give it a gps tag and tell it where to go… lol. It will get to you just have to wait…
