Hi there!
That’s my first post here, and before anything else I would like to thank the whole Argon 40 team for bringing this project to reality, thank you!
Overall, everything looks good with one exception: occasionally, my screen turns black and after that it shows random pixels going from whatever color to green, and going back to the original color. Most of the time it happens when I am browsing the web.
Browser: Chromium (I didn’t test other browsers yet).
Raspiberry OS: Debian GNU/Linux 13 (trixie)
Battery: Full to 10% it happens same way
Anyone facing the same issue?

I think this might be just issue of cm5 not seated properly. I would suggest to try to remove the CM5 and try to install it again. Making sure to press down on all four corners.
Thanks, I will remove and snap it in place again.
UPDATE:
Issue is no longer happening.
I am not sure what could be causing it, so, these where the steps I did:
- As suggested by @lijoseph, I disassembled the RP5 cover and made sure all were connected properly.
- I screewed the module onto the board, but this time I kept it tight just enough to touch the module, making sure it wasn’t bending the board.
- I have themal pads available from other projects, and I used this Thermal Grizzly which is totally overkill, I am not recommending to use that specific brand, I just have them from a diffrent project.
3.1. I covered all main chips including the SSD one which was getting fairly hot.
3.2. I also removed the sticker from the SSD which is optional according to many folks out there.
- While all that was happening, I also updated the OS, and other softwares that may have some saying on what was causing the problem.
Result:
- After doing that, the bottom of my One Up has a better heat distribution, before it was concentrated more on the left side.
- No more blinking screen or green artefacts showing up randomly on my screen.
Hope that will help someone in the future.
