PI5 Argon one PCIE issue

Hi, I’m having some issues with my argon one case I’m using a 980 pro 1tb and its not showing up when i run fdisk -l. However when I run dmesg | grep -i pcie, I get the following I’ve checked the connection multiple times and its secure. I’ve followed all steps required but still no luck

We would suggest try to disable the gen 3 mode and test again. There are some Raspberry Pi board that does not work as well in Gen 3. Can also reach out to our customer service, maybe a replacemen ribbon cable can help with the current problem.
