Pi 5 NVME case not working

I have tried to power my Pi 5 in the case, but cannot. I have taken it apart, confirmed the pi 5 powers on alone and then assembled the case again.

I know that it is important to fully push the power connector in to the pi, and I believe I have done this. Any suggestions on what else to try?

I have also sent a support email, but have not heard back yet.

Same here. Pushed all the way in (there was a click), but not powering on.

I had same problem… several times … then I used a small hobby bar clamp to gently pull the boards together without bowing the boards … AND IT WORKED!
Persistence pays off.
Nothing less than fully connected will work!
