Sales/Customer Support, My Order #6172 was delivered Monday, May 20th, 2024, and was missing the v3 m.2 NVME Expansion Board. All that was in the box was the main v3 case and the Blstr DAC. I had responded to my order confirmation email with pictures to show how it came, and what was in the box.
None of my emails or contact form inquiries have been responded to. Is there some other communication channel or medium I should be using for assistance in this matter? I would love to receive the v3 m.2 Expansion Board that I paid for.
