Non-receipt of order

I placed an order #3132 with you on Dec 14 2023. I have enquired about its status by email once and through a form on your website twice more. You have not replied.

Where is it?

I received an order confirmation and a “shipping update” but no actual status - a link on this so-called update leads to a page that says Click Here to view current delivery status. Clicking that leads to a page that says
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Please respond.

Did the same thing to me. No case, no tracking, no response to emails.

I made an application to PayPal for a refund, which they issued. They don’t refund in full, so I lost some of the amount.
