Neo 5 nvme case

I have received a Neo 5 case, and have installed a recommended SSD (Samsung 980). I followed all the instructions, and ensured the bootloader is up to date. I am running libreelec, and dmesg doesn’t mention the nvme drive at all, and it doesn’t show up in lspci.

Any help would be fantastic - I asked the company I bought it from, and they said they don’t offer support.

I suggest you DIETPI OS I have two NANOPI-NEO-NAS case and and install NEO download. I can share drives with windows and other Synology NAS . If you have any question contact me
