I ordered 3 items in order #4613, but only received one of them. I have reached out to customer service multiple times but haven’t heard any response for weeks.
Customer service responded after I posted this message, but it’s now been 9 days with no resolution. I’m starting to think that Argon40 took my money with no intention of sending me what I purchased.
Issue a chargeback with your credit card provider
I ordered 3 Argon M.2NVME Expansion boards, 2for NEO5 and 1 for ONE V3, and only received the ONE V3 board and one of the NEO5 ones. I emailed Customer Support on Saturday (April 13th) but have heard nothing back from them. Sounds like that is quite normal! If I don’t hear soon I will have to make a claim through my credit card company.
If Argo aren’t careful, they will get black-listed by the card companies.
I have finally received a response from Argon, requesting photos of the items that I received and of the packaging. They promise to send the missing item. I will post again if/when it arrives!!
What a crummy company. I’m giving them until the end of the week then I’m initiating a chargeback.
