Your earlier post made me go back to basics and so I checked my RTC battery. Guess what? Faulty. Serves me right for buying cheap.

Thanks for sharing that - I’ve just ordered some batteries and now I feel better for choosing 2 Duracell at £4.99 instead of 5 unknown brand for £2.99
