Hello,
I’m running OpenMediaVault on a Raspberry Pi 4. I hadn’t updated the system for quite a while, so I recently performed an update. After the update completed, I was no longer able to access the system over the network – it simply wouldn’t connect to the internet anymore.
As a workaround, I re-flashed Raspberry Pi OS onto the microSD card and reinstalled OMV. However, my disks are currently not being detected. These drives were previously configured as a RAID0 array.
What steps can I take to recover or re-import my existing RAID0 setup and make the disks visible again in OMV?
I went through the same trouble.
I had Raspberry pi 4 with OMV 6 latest version, with OS running on a usb flash drive + 1xRAID10.
I want to upgrade but I messed up while upgrading, long story short, I ended up with Debian Trixie, Sandworm OMV repos and Bullseye repos in my apt source.
I pulled the plug and installed Raspberry Pi OS Lite 64bit (current is Trixie) and I followed the OMV installation guide (running the script).
Once OMV was installed, in order to import my previous RAID, I didn’t have to do ANYTHING in command line. All I did was from browser Storage → Filesystems → Mount an existing filesystem and it was right there, ready to be imported.
I just unplug and plug usb hub then problem resolved
