Camera stopped working mid-Zoom Meeting

Hi all,

Things have been going very well in using my OneUp as my go-to laptop and it’s been very stable. However, last week during that same type of web-based Zoom Meeting (using Chrome) I’ve been attending for several months, my camera froze, then stopped working altogether. My mic and speaker still work, but now no matter what browser I use (Firefox or Chrome), the camera doesn’t come on. I’ve also tried it with Microsoft Teams and received the same results.

Anyone know what might have happened? Thanks for your help in advanced!

Hi again - found the issue…I didn’t know there was a mechanical camera switch on the laptop cover - apparently I slid it to the right unknowingly during the meeting. :zany_face:
