Hello everyone!
I have an issue where I am getting video and no sound while using the outermost HDMI port.
I get the color splash screen and the boot text then the screen goes blank on the innermost HDMI port closest to the USB C power port.
Using a 1080p TV at 60Hz.
I am using a Raspberry Pi 4 running Retropie 4.8.
OS is on an SDCard.
I have inspected the daughterboard connections and solder points. All appears good.
Turns out it is the daughter board.
I pulled out the daughter board and now I have sound and video over HDMI. Will reach out to support channel for hopeful replacement.
