My latest ticket numbers from your automated customer service system are 12948 and 12949 from 5/22/2024 - have gone unanswered, with NO response

I ordered three (3) items from you over sixty-seven (67) days ago on 3/19/2024. My Order is # 4929.

Recently - I received a package with only one (1) of the items.

I ordered three (3) items. Where are my other two (2) items?

It has been over 67 days since I placed this order with you.

Please send the additional two (2) items with tracking numbers.

Or - can I get a refund for the items I did not receive?
